Under Construction Project No. 1 - Private residential dwelling located in Wexford - structural steel works complete - blockwork underway - Roof sheeting scheduled to commence early December.
Under Construction Project No. 2 - Private residential dwelling located in Galway - extensive refurbishment of existing family dwelling combined with extension to the ground and first floor accomadation. New roof complete - internal fisrt fix underway - final review of space heating options, traditional oil boiler v air to water geo thermal designs to conclude by end of month.

Under Construction Project No. 2 - Private residential dwelling located in Galway - extensive refurbishment of existing family dwelling combined with extension to the ground and first floor accomadation. Demolision works and new works commence mid September. New roof installed mid October.
